Super smoothie

  • 2 Benecol yoghurts
  • 250 g of frozen mango
  • 2dl of fresh strawberries
  • Squeeze of lime juice
  • Cashews (unroasted and unsalted)
  • Lime zest
  1. Blend the frozen mango, Benecol yoghurt and strawberries in a blender. Mix in some lime juice for a little acidity.
  2. Pour the mixture into two tall glasses and decorate them with cashews and a little lime zest.
  3. Then all there’s left to do is enjoy!
