Super simple strawberry froyo


2 servings

  • 2 Benecol strawberry yoghurts
  • 2 dl of fresh strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • Lemon zest and juice
  • Banana and strawberry slices for decoration


  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a plastic container and place it into the freezer. Let it freeze for at least 6 hours but preferably overnight.
  3. Get out the frozen yoghurt and let it melt a little (for about 30 minutes to an hour) on the kitchen counter.
  4. Get out your ice cream scoop and scoop the yoghurt into bowls.
  5. Decorate the froyo with a few slices banana and strawberry.
