- 2 Benecol yoghurts
- 250 g of frozen mango
- 2dl of fresh strawberries
- Squeeze of lime juice
- Cashews (unroasted and unsalted)
- Lime zest
- Blend the frozen mango, Benecol yoghurt and strawberries in a blender. Mix in some lime juice for a little acidity.
- Pour the mixture into two tall glasses and decorate them with cashews and a little lime zest.
- Then all there’s left to do is enjoy!
