- 1 Benecol yoghurt
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl milk
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 0,5 dl blueberries
- 0,5 dl apple
- Mix the Benecol yoghurt, rolled oats and milk in a little bowl. Dice one apple into little cubes. Add to the mixture half of the blueberries and half of the apples. Season with cinnamon.
- Let the porridge rest over nigh at the fridge.
- Take it out the next morning and decorate it with the rest of the apples and blueberries. Enjoy!
