Easy and Tasty Christmas Cookies
- 1 dl dried dates or plums
- ½ dl almonds
- 6 dl rolled oats
- 1 ½ dl flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ dl almond flour
- 1–1 ½ dl sugar
- 1–1 ½ dl brown sugar
- 180 g Benecol Buttery Taste
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp clove powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- Preheat the oven to 200 celsius
- Cut the almonds and dates/plums into small pieces
- Mix together oats, flour, almond flour and baking powder
- Whisk Benecol spread and sugar into a foam
- Add egg to the sugar foam
- Add flour mixture to the sugar foam
- Add almonds and dates/plums to the dough and mix until smooth
- Make small dollops of dough (approx. 40) with two spoons on a baking sheet
- Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown
