Banana-Oatmeal Snacks (no added sugar)


Yields about 20 cookies

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 3 dl rolled oats
  • ¾ dl Benecol Buttery Taste
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 dl raisins


  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients into bowl as well and mix everything carefully.
  3. Lift small dollops of batter with spoons onto a baking paper. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until the cookies are slightly brown.
  4. Enjoy with good conscience!
