Fried fish fillets and a fresh tomato salad

  • 2 fillets of white fish (fish that is available in your region)
  • Benecol Buttery Taste
  • Black pepper
  • 300 g of cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh chives
  • Fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
  • Honey
  • Lemon juice

 

  1. Start by preparing the tomato salad. Cut the cherry tomatoes into slices and place them in a bowl. Chop some fresh chives and basil and add them into the mixture. Pour in the white wine vinegar, some honey and a little lemon juice and mix it altogether.
  2. Heat a frying pan and add some Benecol spread into the pan. Cook the fillets for a few minutes on both sides until they are a little browned. Sprinkle some black pepper on top.
  3. Divide the tomato salad onto two plates and place the fish fillets on top. Squeeze a little lemon on the fillets and enjoy!
