Berry popsicles

  • 3 Benecol yoghurts
  • 100 g fresh raspberries
  • 100 g fresh blackberries
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • Strawberry pieces for decoration

 

  1. Pour the Benecol yoghurts into a blender and add in the raspberries and the blackberries. Squeeze in some lemon as well. Blend until the mixture is quite smooth.
  2. Get out your popsicle molds. Slice up some fresh strawberries and place a couple of slices on the edges of the molds.
  3. Pour the mixture carefully into the molds and place them into the freezer.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  5. When you’re ready to enjoy these berry treats, run the molds under warm water so the popsicle becomes loose.
