Apple-blueberry overnight oats

  • 1 Benecol yoghurt
  • 1 dl rolled oats
  • 1 dl milk
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 0,5 dl blueberries
  • 0,5 dl apple

 

  1. Mix the Benecol yoghurt, rolled oats and milk in a little bowl. Dice one apple into little cubes. Add to the mixture half of the blueberries and half of the apples. Season with cinnamon.
  2. Let the porridge rest over nigh at the fridge.
  3. Take it out the next morning and decorate it with the rest of the apples and blueberries. Enjoy!
