Blueberry Avocado Smoothie Bowl

  • 2 Benecol blueberry yoghurt drink
  • 1 banana
  • 3 dl of frozen blueberries
  • 2 avocados
  • 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • For decoration: avocado, blueberries, chia seeds, almonds, violets

 

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into two bowls.
  2. Then it’s time to get creative! Create some beautiful decorations on top of the smoothies for example with avocado slices, blueberries, chia seeds, almonds and violets.
